The temple is located in an airy campus, typical architectural style of the Northern temples. Both the name and the architecture of the temple are modeled from a wooden pagoda in Bac Giang province, center of Truc Lam Yen Tu.

The unique feature of the temple is 14- meter high stone tower with 7 floors, built and carved with patterns and textures in cultural style of the Ly – Tran dynasty. Located on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street in the city center, the temple is always crowded of visitors and pilgrims.

Located in Ba Huyen Thanh Quan street, district 3, the temple was built by the contributions of people of the southern provinces to worship Buddhist’s relics. The special feature of the temple is the 7-storey tower of 32 meters high, the highest storey hangs a 2-ton bell, casted in Thien Mu pagoda (Hue).
